Content on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All treatments are based on the medical provider’s discretion following review of your intake and labs.
4. NAD+ Prescriptions
NAD+ is prescribed only when medically necessary. You agree not to misuse or redistribute prescription medications. Compounded medications are sourced from FDA-registered pharmacies.

Your information is protected under our HIPAA-compliant Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept our data handling practices.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of prescription products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Exceptions may apply for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

We offer cold-chain shipping with tracking. You are responsible for ensuring you are available to receive shipments on time. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Please note: By U.S. law, products dispensed through licensed 503A and 503B FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies will carry the dispensing pharmacy’s label, not the PeptidesRx label. These are fully licensed and verified U.S. pharmacies operating under FDA and state regulations. Products shipped directly from PeptidesRx will reflect the official PeptidesRx label.
Due to state regulations, NAD+ may not be available in all locations. Availability will be confirmed during your intake review
